Public and Private Yoga Classes

Weekly public group classes at the Apollo Bay Surf Livesaving Club or book your private session with me. Bring a yoga mat if you have one. All levels and ages welcome.
I teach weekly public classes suitable for all ages and levels. Please see the class schedule below. I am also available for one on one sessions or small groups at your home, my home studio, or at a location of your choice (indoor or outdoor). Please contact me for bookings/cost.
Group public classes are $23 (financial aid available if needed). You can pay with card or cash on the day or you can book online prior to class. Please pay on the day for outdoor/Summer Yoga classes. Please bring the exact amount as change is not always available. Only book multiple classes in advance if you are sure that you can attend. Please bring your own mat. As always, please stay at home if you’re feeling unwell.
Cancellations less than 24hrs prior to class time/no shows will not be refunded. If you cancel at least 24hrs prior to class you will be refunded the cost of the class minus the booking fee. If you are having financial difficulties please contact me directly for financial aid.
