Winter Warmer Solstice Workshop

  Winter is a time to reflect, pause, and go within.  It’s also an important time to stay connected within ourselves and our community.  Let’s welcome the return of light and longer days together on this special day.  Let’s gather together to welcome the Winter Solstice in a deeply nourishing workshop.

  We’ll ease our way into our bodies and practice while honoring the change of season and transition into the cooler time of year.

We’ll explore different asanas, movements, and pranayama.  All ages are welcome.  Please bring a Yoga mat, journal, pen, and a shawl or blanket.

Location: Apollo Bay Surf Lifesaving Club
