Event Details
A one hour free form (no guidance or choreography) dance and free movement session, where you can let loose and journey inward through movement, dance, and play. Re-connect to yourself, and move (or not move) as you please along to soulful beats.
This is not a traditional dancing session in that there will be no speaking or guiding during the session and it’s really about letting loose and finding your own rhythm. There’s no “right” or “wrong”, but just feel, breathe, move, and let yourself go in movement or stillness.
100% of your ticket cost will be donated to the Apollo Bay CFA. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Space is limited, so please book in advance to save your spot. Wear comfortable clothing and please no talking during the session. Please stay home if you’re feeling unwell. 🙂
The session will be held at Beacon Point Ocean View Villas www.beaconpoint.com.au. We share the driveway with Chris’s Restaurant and Villas. Take a hard right as you turn off Skenes Creek Road. Park your car at the big green shed and walk down towards reception and enter at the entrance where it says “Private”.
