Apollo Bay Yoga and Ayurveda Retreat

The first retreat has sold out, so due to popular demand we are running another one! Winter is the perfect time for a retreat in a gorgeous bush setting overlooking the ocean. We will focus on practices that support us for the cool winter months.

Join Natasha Sikand and special guest Ayurvedic practitioner Dipika Delmenico for a weekend of Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation, delicious Ayurvedic meals and cooking demo, and relaxation in a gorgeous retreat setting.

Natasha Sikand is passionate about exploring different ways to live a conscious and whole hearted life. She has been teaching Yoga and Meditation since 2006 in Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Bali, Australia, and practicing and studying since 1999. Dipika Delmenico is a Naturopath, Ayurvedic practitioner and Mentor. For 20 years she has globally practiced traditional medicine and the art of pulse reading. Embracing ancient healing wisdom for wellness in the modern world, she is passionate about holistic healing.
